These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the iMuslim mobile application and related services (“Service”) operated by New World Business LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the iMuslim app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

iMuslim is intended for users aged 13 years or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to use the app in your country.

3. Purpose of the Service

iMuslim is a faith-based lifestyle application designed to help users with prayer tracking, prayer times, Qibla direction, dhikr, reminders, and spiritual organization.

The Service is provided for informational and supportive purposes only. It does not constitute religious rulings (fatwas), scholarly advice, or authoritative religious guidance. Users remain responsible for their own religious practices and interpretations.

4. Account and Security

Certain features may require creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach related to your account.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features of iMuslim may require a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google. We do not collect or store payment information. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through the platform settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app.
• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or for other lawful reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or suitability for a particular religious or personal purpose. Prayer times and Qibla direction depend on location, calculation methods, and device sensors and may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New World Business LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software associated with iMuslim are the exclusive property of New World Business LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
